I woke up in a big shock this morning whit the amount of R3024 deducted off of my account. I do not have a Telkom mobile account and do not know how they can just deduct money out of your account. Now I have to pay bank fees due to the debit order that bounced and I think that Telkom must pay that fee. Do they not check if they have the peoples correct banking details before they just deduct money out of their account. I am very upset and cant believe that people are aloud to just take money out of your account.

Thank you, I spoke to one of your consultants on Friday, She says that I bought 2 phones in CAPE TOWN??? I stay in JHB. She asked me to email all my documents and a avidavid stating that I did not buy these phones. ********** this is her email address) But I have not heard anything from her. How can you sell phones to people and give them accounts if you have not made sure that this is their details? I am a victim of identity theft and now I have to pay bank charges and everything to make sure that you guys do not take money out of my account again. Next time make 100% that the person you sell phones to is the correct person who actually bought the phones form you.
