Unauthorized debit on my account by Telkom mobile

Telkom Wonderpark, unapproved money was debited in my account 26/1/22 and the date debit went through was not agreed upon. Went to the branch to lay a complain and was told to wait for a manager as she's the only one who can assist in my issue, I waited for manager for over 3 hours and had to leave without seeing her due to my health issues. It's not 1st time I received bad treatment at telkom this started in December and I complained, I received sms saying my dispute was resolved to my surprise money was debited irregardless the dispute.
