Unauthorized debit on my account.

Telkom just get from bad to worse. Firstly the speed of the line is pathetic. we upgrade to a 10m line and the speed is on 4, why are we paying for a service that we do not get. Now they deduct R1000 extra off my account in error and say they are unable refund until the next invoice. that is utter nonsense. They are not at all worried about this. I need that money for food and petrol. Telkom has to be one of the worse service providers in SA at the moment.
