Unauthorized debit

I am not happy with Telkom mobile, they offered me a router for the wifi. When I try to connect it, it never connected to my phone and laptop. I reported the matter to them immediately. I cancelled the contract because it's not working anyway. (That was 2017)

Yesterday 25th Sept 2020, telkom debited R1890 from my bank account. When I phone and enquire the lady by the name of Cynthia was very rude to me, she ended up hung the phom on my ear.

I am very upset with this matter as I do not even have extra money to feed my kid.
