Unauthorized debit charge ....no debit order on account but they tried to debit and acc is closed now fee of R200 is being charged for failed debit

<p>I pay my telkom acc by eft probably for the last 1year and a half ....all of a sudden this month they try to debit an account of mine that was closed more than a year I think ago and charge a fee of over R 200 for a failed debit order ,on both my contracts ,you have no right to debit my account cause my first contract was changed to cash and when I upgraded contracts last year it stayed on cash so why debit my account now all of a sudden I want that fees reversed immediately...I didn't want to renew the contracts just because of the service telkom gives but I was almost harassed everyday by the upgrade department that I eventually just took something cheaper...I won't do business with telkom that is why I am currently in the process of taking wifi with mweb I refuse to pay that and if it is not reversed I will take it further.</p>
