Unauthorized debit

I am really upset with Telkom. They have scheduled to debit me R492 for what I don't even know. Can you guys please stop this nonsense you're doing. All I know is I owe you guys R145 of which I made arrangements for debit so now you guys come with R492 for what? No Telkom fix yourselves guys please!!!
