Unauthorized contract Termination.

I requested for Cancellation when my contract end to my surprise a person by the name of Bhongo Beaulah Sidlayi rep**** to my email say he has/her terminated my contract. I contacted Telkom call centre to clarify that i don't want my contract to be but to be cancelled when my contract term is finished , All this i told one of they telesales by the name of Tsholofelo Moyo. i Have even send numerous email to her . She has never responded to a single email i have send to her. I am very disappointed and Angry with telkom because they will want to charge me cancellation fee that i don't think i will let it sleep through
