Unauthorized contract fees added to Telkom account

Guys can you please explain what "info 2050 info3 TYP" and "web 2050 mobisites" is doing on my account? I have not authorised nor approved these services!! I will not pay for something I have not requested! R538 each month!!! THIS IS *****! When I phone Telkom, they just reply that its not them...how can it reflect on the Telkom account, if its not them???
