UnAuthorized contract

I'm so tired with Telkom renewing or opening a new contract without my consent, when I complainnibjabe to wait for 45 days cancelation. Yesterday was sent welcome to Telkom, today Telkom sent me an invoice. Can we get help with this Telkom piracy, it's really frustrating. I'm done with any future contracts with Telkom and their bad service. I've been unemployed since Dec 2020 why would I even enter into contracts.
