Unauthorized charging
It has been a month now that I have been trying to get an answer from Telkom regarding a mistake on their part by loading unauthorized sms bundles to my account and not reversing them accordingly. I have called them numerous times, I have emailed them every day and all they keep telling me is that the matter is being escalated meanwhile I get no response back. My debit order is about to go off and will happen at the incorrect amount which in my opinion is theft, especially since their so called customer service serves nothing!!
