UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES = THEFT!!!!!

Absolutely p*ssed off with the ****py service from these people. We have been trying for THREE years to cancel our Yellow Pages and yet surprise surprise we are STILL getting charged for it. We cancelled via email and with a consultant from Yellow Pages in 2019 and even went as far as providing proof that no layouts/details were accepted by us and even send in a cancellation letter when we were sent the layout/details. We are now demanding a FULL refund for all the charges we've had to pay for the last three years. WE DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THE STUPID YELLOW PAGES!!!!!!!!!!
