Unauthorized Charges by Telkom

I’ve been dealing with unauthorized subscription charges on my Telkom account. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue—calling 081180, visiting a Telkom store, and emailing Telkom—I haven’t received a satisfactory response. I expect immediate cancellation of current subscriptions, blocking of future ones, and a credit for the unauthorized charges. Additionally, I would like the spend limit I have set on my account to be enforced for all possible charges, not just data usage.
