Unauthorized changes

They up my contract without my permission, have 2 numbers by them, the one i did make changes, but the other i didnt, they went ahead and changed my data, why would i want to change from 6 gigs to 20 gigs if i have wifi at home, when i spend 99% at home. Now they have to investigate it, they can sell, but cant fix. Absolutely pathetic. I can see endless fustration for myself.
