Unauthorized Cell issued..

They have been running debit order on my acc but they don't know why, they delivered 2 cells to me without application and claim they don't know how it happened... They store can't help, says it's a online issue, 4 months, over 3k, daily calls and they still can't help _ so I blocked the debit order... Just the other line...
