Unauthorized billing!
Monies still being deducted from my account after the contract period has ended. I gave more than 2 months notice before the contract ended yet my account is still being deducted. Iam going to reverse this debit order, hand me over to your lawyers... I DARE YOU!! I have email confirmation and telephonic confirmation that this account was supposed to be terminated in April. I will be very interested to see if someone from this pathetic company actually has the guts to give me a call.

Again, after reversing the debit order beginning of last week, Telkom had the nerve to debit my account on Friday AGAIN. I have been to the store and they have confirmed that my account is closed yet still being debited. I will continue to reverse and block any future debits from my account. Legally I signed a 2 year contract, nothing more- not 2 years and 4 months or 2 years and however many months you feel like taking MY money. End of story. As it is the signal to my router and the download speed was PATHETIC and unuseable! I know what my consumer rights are, Telkom has failed to fulfill the promise of providing a service and also failed to correct the issue in order to provide the service (I waited for a signal booster to be installed for the full length of the contract).
Whilst we at it, remove my number from you cold calling list ( ********** 328), or else I will unfortunately be unnecessarily rude because of the service, or lack thereof, that has been provided.
