Unauthorized Billing
From May 2017 every month Telkom is sending a debit order to my daughter's FNB account deducting between R 700-00 and R1700-00. After numerous calls and visits to both Telkom and FNB the deductions does not stop. She initially app**** for a Telkom Cellular contract but cancelled her application. She never received the phone. Never signed receipt or received the phone. Please TELKOM STOP DEDUCTING AMOUNT FROM HER ACCOUNT Deidre D Du Toit id no 930 ********** 088 Frank Rd 8. Lynnwoodridge. Pretoria
