Unauthorized account activation bureau name submissions

I had a 20G LTE Sim contract with Telkom, 2 months before it ended they called me about a new deal I told them I don't want it then they went ahead and added a new deal without my knowledge and concern on top of my active deal.Then I've sent them an email on the 21st of January to remove the unauthorized deal on my account, I even called them for months till date nothing has been i even lodged a case in a branch no investigations are been done they even had a nerve of submitting my name to bureau and messing up my score what the hell. Around March when my contract ended I paid the 450 and tried to called them to sign for new deal only to find out that the deal has been active since that January, Telkom your a ***** and messing up our scores lives I want my name to be removed from bureau I do not owe Telkom anything and worst part you never called me to demand payment since that January so why have the nerve to submit my name trace alert say kaak do the right thing and remove my name. For months I have been trying to call always I am told that they don't have network but they have network to create **** unauthorized accounts under our names. How can a normal person open unlimited data deal account on top of an active 20 LTE data deal what for, just remove yourself from my life.
