Unauthorised subscription

Please check your monthly debit orders and invoices regularly, apparently there's been a subscription added on my account which I cannot trace on my app, this is the second month where Telkim deducts an extra R202.20 for so called subscriptions that I didnt authorize

I am thinking of reporting this company to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman.
