UNAUTHORISED SPEND ON BUSINESS ACCOUNTS WITH ZERO RECOURSE

Telkom has allowed unauthorised transactions in excess of R2400 on my account last month, and when I called to address this, the customer care person THOKOZILE laughed at me when I got upset about the fact that the spend limits that I instructed be removed with immediate effect would only take effect 1 March. Telkom has already allowed an unauthorised transaction of R800 to be processed against our account this month (over and above the R2400 that was deducted **********ly last month) and THOKOZILE THINKS IT IS FUNNY
