Unauthorised monthly debit orders.

Is Telkom mobile's so called success is based on unauthorized debit orders? If this company really want to attract customers this must change. I have no contract with Telkom however this company debits my bank account monthly. In October alone I an amount of R2000 in separate debits. Even if they come with any special Telkom has tarnished it's image in my eyes.
