Unauthorised Insurance Billing

I recently joined TELKOM and for the first month took device insurance. I was never informed insurance service is provided by another party(finrite) almost a month in- i never recieved any policy documents. i then opted to cancel in August but i up until today im still being billed even after numerous escalations. Dilen & Andile (finrite) & Nomazulu Mpo****elkom Team leader). empty promises and theres recordings, so they say. absolutely pathetic customer service. Call centre never has anyone senior to assist on Fridays through weekends!
