Unauthorised Deductions by Telkom for Akinga Vertical solutions

Telkom allowed a deduction from an unknown company called Akinga Vertical solutions, I do not know them and I have never subscribed ! This company is not contactable either so all my deductions from them I want refunded to me! This is not acceptable
