unauthorised deduction

There is an unauthorised deduction on my account from Telkommobi. Someone by the name of Euradiece Buys from Telkom gave me this number to call 081180. I called several times but it doesn't go through. This is so frustrating. I dont have a contract with Telkom and never had. What is this debit order for?
