Unauthorised debits - Theft
<p>I went into Telkom Cresta to make sure my data contract is cancelled. They confirmed there was nothing on my name. A week later a marketing company called to upgrade my "non-existent" data contract. I told them I'm not supposed to have that contract on my name anymore. Yesterday Telkom debited for the same freaking contract. Telkom is *****ing from me, and I don't know how to make it stop when they won't even acknowledge the account!!</p>
