UNAUTHORISED DEBITS - ***** CASE OPENED

Unauthorised debit orders are being deducted from my account for enormous amounts for the past 3 months and although the necessary affidavits from SAPS was provided to Telkom, continuous amounts of R10,000+ each month is being deducted. A ***** case was opened with Telkom and was "resolved" apparently, however the deductions continued with different reference numbers each time. 30 days later, I have a debt solutions company deducting various amounts from my account and incurring unnecessary bank charges. I have no contract with Telkom and no communication was received from Nudebt.
