Unauthorised debits by Telkom

I ordered a Samsung galaxy A6 device, I was debited R300 within a week and was not advised about this, I did go into a store to take a better phone and I advised the person who assisted me that I was debited by Telkom when no payment was required as I cancelled the order and no admin feels where required either.... I have been to the gateway mall branch and the chatsworth branch, I was promised that a case would be logged however I have not heard back from them since... . People work for there money it does not come free, having companies take this without supplying any goods is unacceptable..... I want to be credited!!!!!
