unauthorised debit/billed for unknown subscription

Telkom subscribed me to some value added service, that I know nothing about..i was told I am the one that subscribed but this company is a partner with Telkom, I was debited R89 and R102 on two separate occasions even after cancelling the subscription I did not subscribe to.I was told I cannot be refunded because I am the one that subscribed-I don't know maybe it was in dreams that I subscribed and I forgot the dream...I just wish I could cancel my contract with them.
