Unauthorised Debit orders on incorrect dates and incorrect amounts taken

We have been debited today, even though our debit order went off 31 May already. Whats up with that telkom i want our money back , like why are use even doing unauthorised debit orders!!! our agreement was for the 31st of every month this is really unacceptable
