UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS BY TELKOM ON MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT

Battling to stop debit orders going through my bank. Cancelled a contract I had as it was running from month to month in January 2020 already. Was at a branch, no luck. On the Web no luck. I reversed some of these and they change amounts. Not sure which authority can help. Clement M
