unauthorised debit orders

<p>II Good Day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I trust that you are well</p> <p> </p> <p>I need your assistance with cancelling a contract with Telkom that I have never used however I'm been every month and keeps reversing the debit order but u keep incurring fees.i was told three months ago or so</p>
