Unauthorised debit order from Telkom

Telkom phoned my mother and sold a phone to her, when the phone arrived it was not what they sold to her and she immediately returned the device back to Telkom, but now they are busy debiting her account, please calcel the debit order as there is no deal, debit REF is ***V, this is unacceptable
