UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER FROM DEBT COLLECTOR

<p>Telkom mobile are *******. Seriously now, I miss 1 debit order in 2 years due to a mistake.. fine i get it. I pay the account within the next 48 hours ONLINE. I also have an email confirming payment. Then i get a new statement showing i owe 2 months PLUS R200.94 FOR ADMIN FEES??? due to unpaid debit.. Are you nuts? I already paid my bank R100 for my mistake. I Contact telkom mobile online and dispute that.. nr ********** 1 on 8 May 2017. And also give the lady ALL the details of the online payment made in april - she says it doesnt show yet, will get it sorted.</p> <p>Now on 15 may 2017 i see a debit attempt on my bank account for R799.94 from A EDO COLLECTION.. nudebt collections.. i phone them, oh they cant help me without a reference number. HERE IS THE THING.. i have no reference number. I have had NO phone calls, and NO emails from TELKOM nor NUDEBT about a outstanding amount on my account. AS IN MY BOOKS I DONT OWE ANYONE ANYTHING!!!!. I have no logged a ***** case with my bank, and they will be investigation this issue. I want this sorted. and i want the debit order REMOVED from my bank account with immediate effect!</p>
