UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER AND CANCELLATION OF WIFI SERVICE

I have sent in a cancellation to Telkom on the 13th May 2025 as the contract was expired already and not happy with the speed of the WiFi. The problem is that the have been debiting me from May 2025 until April 2026. I must say this is unprofessional and ******* to do when you don’t have permission. Please stop the debit order and refund me for ******* debits that you have been doing.

Telkom has been rendering a bad service for years and I ignored that when friends and family complained.

This is a complete disappointment especially from a company of this magnitude
