Unauthorised debit order

Good day, My name is Siphindile Shezi.I took a telkom contract more than two years. This contract was suppose to end in July this year. Telkom has been coming back to my account and deducting money in my account. I have tried to cancel the debit a few times but they always come back with a different reference number. Please assist
