Unauthorised debit order
Telkom debited my account with an amount of R316 today. It may have something to with a dispute I had with them 2 years ago after I terminated a service with them, but they kept billing me. Eventually, after contacting HeloPeter, they contacted me and terminated the contract. I havent done business with them since. I have received no communication from them and have definitely not agreed to pay them anything. How can they just take money off my account??
