Unauthorised Debit order

Absolutely disgusting service. I was debited an extra amount over and above my normal monthly debit order. I asked for assistance and a lady said they would get back to me within 3 days. It's been 3 weeks and there's no response. I am now getting sms's saying that I'm behind with payment.

I sent a follow up email and no one has gotten back to me.
