Unauthorised debit
I app**** for Telkom data bundle for R599 PM. My account was debited with R599 when approved in May 2015. My first debit order is going off for R1149 for June 2015. No one at telkom can help or tell me what happened to R599 that was debited without receiving any services.My agreement with telkom is monthly payment of R599. I need someone to advice on what is going on
