Unauthorised Debit

Telkom processed an unauthorized debit on my account, and I am now being caught in a cycle of finger-pointing. Telkom claims an attorney processed the transaction, yet the attorney denies this, noting that their debit references never use the "Telkom" name. Despite the bank statement clearly listing Telkom as the source, neither party is taking responsibility. I require an immediate reversal of these funds as this dispute between providers is preventing my refund.
