Unauthorised Data Charges - Check your Statement

Extremely disgruntled... What's wrong with your system? Is this going to be an ongoing thing? Are you hoping that people will not notice this? Is this a strategy to generate ******* income? The Call Centre could tell me how why is was debited against my account. I was charged for the following Data purchases, which I did not request:

1) 1GB All Network Data 25-12-2019 @ 17:23 *** (Since reversed) 2) 2GB All Network Data 04-01-2020 @ 00:46 ***

To purchase/request for data is a process of going through several prompts which I did not request. Such a pain dealing with your company.
