Unauthorised Contract with Telkom Mobile

<p>I took a contract(upgrade) with Telkom mobile in November 2016 at forest Hill (Centurion store). End of January statement and Debit order came with additional 2 contract phones which i have no idea how they were added to my number. I never signed for any additional contract or know anything about them.I then logged a call with Telkom mobile on the 01 February and I have paid just over R1000 so that my number cannot be blocked while the investigation is taking place. My number is now blocked and i haven't received any feedback or progress on the case and i think its ********* for Telkom to do such.</p>
