Unauthorised charges

In July my bill was R1500 instead of R900. I was told I had WASP, which I never consented to. I asked them send me proof and evidence of when and were I agreed to this so called content service. I was told my issue was escalated. I requested a cancelation of it and Telkom said they will cancel. On the 14th of July I called again only to find out that it is still active. I requested a cancelation for the 2nd time. Today I call again and Guess what? WASP is active and I now owe them R1500. Some to 3 people, 3 hours later I request to be transfered to a team leader. The team leader Garder Mashaba got the query and he has not said I word. I am here holding and the Telkom team is going about their day.
