unauthorised charge
An extra amount of R369.41 was charge to our account with no authorization. We called the call centre on 081180 and spoke to KGOMOTSO with reference number ***8 said she cant help us becos she dnt know where the charges comes from .she said it looks like system generated problem.who will pay this bill and including the charges of our bank account? whats upsetting is this contract expired and we only supposed to be charge R99 for the data we using on a month to mont basis
