UNAUTHORISED BILLING FOR A MOBILE PHONE CONTRACT

Telkom Mobile is continuously billing me for a Phone Contract that I never signed up for. I spent over a month now querying this and have been sent from pillar to post and what is clear to me is they will just continue billing me for this phone.

This is disturbing when I loose my hard earned money and yet every time they promise to attend to it and I receive an SMS that says "It is Resolved" but with no mention on when I would be paid back my money.
