Unauthorised action

Telkom changing my spending limit without any authorisation.<br> <br> I cant send any any sms's due to my limit on my contract but i need to reply no if i dont want them to change my limit. <br> <br> That is an sms telkom claimed to have send to me. <br> <br> I have two contracts with them and only one of the contracts limits was removed without any authorisation.<br> <br> This is very bad business ethics by telkom and definately daylight robery.<br> <br> You should be ashamed of yourself.<br> <br> This is unexceptable.<br> <br> Is there no businesses in this country we can trust not to try and cheat us.
