unauthorise debit transaction

25 April 2020 amount R2815.40 debited from FNB account. the debit transaction is in contravention of my authority of my authority and i did not authorise it. Telkom has been debiting amounts that i never authorised. i am not in use of their router. I tried calling them several times with no assistance.
