Unattended ********** account ***?15894

I entered into a contract with Telkom Mobile in November 2015 for a Huawei mobile phone 1 x SmartPlan 50 + Huawei Ascend P8 Lite White, account number ***. I had confidence providing my details to Telkom, fully secure in the knowledge that my confidential information will be protected in line with legislation. It came to my knowledge in December 2015 that her information including banking details were used to open another contract for another phone, 1 x SmartPlan 50 + iPhone 6S 64GB Space Grey. I never entered into the second agreement however the application was processed by Telkom Mobile in breach of a relationship of trust that I re**** on under the mistaken belief that a reputable organization such as Telkom will protect my confidential information and take all necessary steps to protect me from ******** elements which appear to originate from within. I timeously reported the matter to Telkom and was given the above mentioned reference numbers but has not been assisted to date.
