UNATHORISED DEBIT

This is a warning to people who are thinking of buying products or even taking contracts with TELKOM. My monthly premium for my contract is only R299,and just yesterday the 24th March they have deducted R1099.77 on my account. I thought it was a joke,i have called the customer line where i waited for more than an hour to speak to the consultant.

She(Nontobeko Ngubane ) then said January and February they couldn't get my premium. Shocked as i was, i checked my statements for both months,the statement shows that the R299 was deducted on the 06th and again on the 23rd January,February they did not attempt to deduct and to my understanding, it was because they billed me twice in January.

I have emailed Nontobeko Ngubane my statement and explained the above,them booooom, my account is suspended without being notified,i can not access my data. She could not acknowledged that she received my statements.

I'm definitely going to cancel my contract with TELKOM. THEY ARE ********!!!!
