Unathorised debi-check debit order

I received an unauthorized debi-checked debit order which to my surprise i did not receive or accept a debi-check mandate. I struggled getting telkom contact number as their contacts on the website are not working. I need my refund back as the contract that i had with them was cancelled this year in June. Which means telkom is reactivation clients contracts without their knowledge with an increased premium.
