Unasked for items added to bill!!

Telkom sent a random fibre router - At the end of the month I saw they added a router cost of R1000 to my account. After querying if I can return the router and have my account corrected the following week they suddenly sent me an SMS saying they are now my service provider of a 8mb line. The details were sent to an email address that has been dead for 15 years. Telkom is currently just stacking my account with things I've not asked for nor signed up for!!
