Unaccountable shoddiness

<p>I agreed to upgrade to optic fibre on condition there would be no change in fees. They now send me statements with inflated fees and when I call, they keep transferring my call without taking responsibility. Ultimately left a message for supervisor who was supposedly in meetings, she/he didnt return my calls. It is very disheartening</p>
